Hi, I'm Lin Zitang, you can also call me Gary. I'm 24 years old, I'm from Shenzhen, China.
I'm a master's degree student in Graphic Design and Art Direction, and I'm currently living in Paris :)

Drawing：

From a young age I have always grown up as an art student. I started learning to draw when I was six years old, which not only developed my observation skills but also allowed me to find my own value in my growing up experience and let people get to know me.
Considering my future employment and the fact that I love watching cartoons and collecting vintage toys. I chose the direction of character design in animation production for my undergraduate degree.

Transformation：

When I was in my Bachelor's Degree, I had already started taking up projects about design to earn my pocket money. Because my friends around me have this kind of need, and everyone knows that I am an art student and surely my aesthetics.
Basically, the projects are about branding, posters, logos, event planning and so on.
That's how I decided to start changing my major and relearn design

Design：

On my way to learning design, I was fortunate to have accumulated a number of clients, as well as to have taken on significant responsibilities and learned a mature work system during my internships at large corporations.
During this process, I often questioned my ability to distinguish between good and bad design.
What is good design? For me, good design is something that contributes to society or the market, and remains sincere and moving through time.
